SEVEN SEED
THE CORRIDOR ENGINE

Stop pitching. Start shipping. We bridge the gap between engineering excellence and institutional adoption. Seven Seed helps teams become procurement-ready, pilot-ready, and consortium-ready for regulated EU and NATO-adjacent corridors.

Applications are open. Start with a 2-minute Fit Check – minimal info first, privacy-first by default. If there's a fit, we'll invite you to a short call and share the next steps.

Brussels-based · corridor-first

The Method

Artifact Factory

We build standardized, reusable packs (evidence, compliance, pilot, procurement) designed for high-stakes doors.

Door Engine

We run repeatable door chains that route to real decision points and named owners – not just "mentors."

Decision Attempts

We measure progress by proof objects and dated next steps, not by meetings.

2 minutes. Minimal info required. Privacy-first: sensitive details are only discussed after fit is confirmed.

How We're Different

Advice accelerators → we ship artifacts

Networking theatre → we run door chains to deciders

Pitch polishing → proof-linked decision attempts

Investor demos → capital layer (packaging + qualified intros after readiness)

Single source of truth: Door Table + Watchlist + Standard Packs

Who It's For

Seven Seed is built for teams with strong engineering who are ready to turn an MVP/demo into a decision-grade, integration-ready asset for regulated markets.

Who we welcome

  • Ukrainian engineering teams (entity optional; corridor-dependent)
  • European teams with the same execution speed and delivery discipline
  • A small number of high-fit startups with exceptional product clarity and a consistent shipping cadence

Selection signals

  • Demo-ready: you can show a functional demo and share non-sensitive evidence
  • Boundary-aware: you can clearly explain what your product does – and what it doesn't – in a multi-vendor chain
  • Execution-driven: you can name a single owner who can ship weekly with us

Technical focus

We are most effective with products that can expose governed outputs – structured events, telemetry, or decisions that can be integrated, traced, and evidenced.

Typical fits include:

Sensing & perception (event-first outputs, metadata, fusion-ready signals)
Autonomy & robotics tooling (telemetry, mission state, modes, failover signals)
Resilient connectivity & edge transport (mesh, gateways, continuity under imperfect links)
Trust & integrity anchors (time quality, spoof-resilience, trustworthy timestamps)
Decision support / AI analytics (traceable outputs, confidence, human-in-the-loop overrides)
Security-by-design building blocks (audit trails, SBOM/VEX readiness, evidence-friendly logging)

We don't require you to fit a category perfectly – we route based on fit after the 2-minute check.

Not a fit (for now)

  • No functional MVP/demo, or no ability to share any non-sensitive proof at all
  • No basic clarity on IP ownership / control posture
  • No single owner or no weekly shipping cadence

What You Get: Assets, Not Advice

In Seven Seed, you don't accumulate "mentorship hours." You build an execution system that turns your product into a decision-grade asset for regulated corridors.

Foundation

Clean & Evidence

We align ownership/control posture and convert key technical claims into verifiable proof (logs, metrics, constraints, failure modes, reproducibility). This makes your story due-diligence-ready and procurement-credible.

Market Entry

Pilot & Procurement

We package 30/60/90 pilot offers, onboarding prerequisites, and procurement-grade vendor materials – so institutional buyers can say "yes" to scoping without ambiguity.

Scale-Up

Consortium & Capital Readiness

We define your role in multi-vendor chains and consortia, and build an investor-ready minimum without turning the programme into fundraising theatre.

Door Engine

Measured progress, not activity

We don't measure progress by meetings. A door counts only when it produces a tangible output and a dated next step – submission receipt, scoping accepted, a test slot reserved, a consortium role confirmed, or a vendor onboarding step completed.

Strategic Leverage: Where it fits, we help you run structured door chains without PR-driven detours.

The Execution Tail

After the programme

You leave with a Next-90 execution plan: named owners, decision points, and a calendar of the next attempts. When new windows open, we stay aligned on routing and upgrades – prioritised by readiness and capacity, not noise.

How We Measure Progress: The Decision Attempt

We don't track "meetings." We track shipped readiness and decision attempts.

Progress = gate moves + decision attempts logged with Door ID + decider + date + proof object + next-step date

What counts (decision-grade):

  • Submission receipt: portal ID / receipt for a grant or procurement submission
  • Role confirmation: written acceptance of your role in a consortium
  • Scoping accepted: technical scope confirmed in writing + a dated next step
  • Test slot / pilot intake: confirmed slot with agreed scope/protocol
  • Vendor onboarding: only when tied to a specific tender window / target lot (otherwise it's a readiness rail milestone)

Trust line: Every attempt is logged with a proof object and a dated next step – accountable by design.

The Corridors: Targeted Routing

We don't push everyone into the same doors. We route based on eligibility + packaging + access.

Belgium

Procurement rails, national/regional mechanisms, industrial access

European Union

Digital Europe / ECCC / Horizon Security pathways, plus always-on routing via NCP/EEN networks

United Kingdom

Innovation pathways and procurement rails/frameworks (fit-dependent)

NATO-adjacent

Selected innovation, test, and interoperability pathways (role + posture dependent)

Investors

Activated after readiness rails are clear and initial institutional steps are logged (no investor theatre)

Note: Specific door lists, deadlines, and eligibility mechanics are shared after the Fit Check to keep the process privacy-first and reduce unnecessary exposure.

How It Works: 3 Steps to Execution

Low friction. Weekly shipping.

1

Fit Check (2 minutes)

A rapid assessment of your integration and corridor readiness

2

Pack & Routing Plan

What to ship + which doors to target (and in what role)

3

Decision Attempts

Proof-linked actions with dated outcomes and next steps

Feedback loop: You get a clear reply – Fit / Not Fit / Not Yet. If it's "Not Yet," we tell you exactly what to fix.

Program Snapshot

Duration: 6 months (Brussels) – starting February 2026

Cash support: each selected team receives cash support as part of the program package.

Participation: 7% equity, including a 1.75% cross-holdings component (within that 7%) – meaning you receive 1.75% equity in each of the 9 companies in your cohort.

What the 1.75% means in practice

You benefit directly when other cohort teams win doors, partnerships, and proof – so the cohort is designed to reinforce each other through real execution, not "community vibes."

That's why we select teams whose products are complementary building blocks for institutional buyers: components that can be packaged, evidenced, and routed into pilots, tenders, consortia, and funding pathways.

Why this structure exists (practical, not "accelerator theory")

Seven Seed is an investment into a synchronous execution system you can't buy in parts. If you try to assemble the same outcome separately (grants + compliance/export posture + procurement readiness + BD/partnering + integration packaging + legal + investment bankers), the equivalent market cost is typically €80k–€200k+ – and the common failure mode is coordination: materials don't match, timing slips, and doors close.

Seven Seed removes coordination failure: one process, one logic, one set of artifacts that moves you to decisions.

The Market Reality vs. The Seven Seed Engine

The Market Reality (Silos)

Separate hires:

grants + compliance + BD + legal + integration

Market cost:

€80k–€200k+ in service fees

Failure mode:

coordination friction – materials don't match, windows are missed

The Seven Seed Engine

One synchronous process:

all artifacts built under one logic

We invest alongside you:

equity-based model

Decision-grade artifacts:

shipped to the right doors at the right time

Timeline & Operating Rhythm

Weekly Ship Cycle

  • Rhythm: one pack increment + one door action per week
  • Bandwidth control: 1–2 active decision attempts per team per week; everything else is readiness rails
  • Post-program follow-through: outcome logging + a Next-90 Plan with named owners and decision dates
