Seven Capital Announces Investment in Offset Labs - AI Defence Lab

Seven Capital has joined the pre-seed round of Offset Labs (formerly Byne) alongside Archangel Ventures and Amadeus Capital Partners.

Offset Labs is a UK–Ukrainian AI Defence Venture building the first AI Lab developing frontier models specifically for defence and national security customers. The company is led by Ukrainian founders with real-world defence experience, with teams split between London and Kyiv.

At a time when resilience, security, and trusted AI innovation matter more than ever, Offset Labs is breaking new ground in AI for defence. This investment represents a milestone not only for the company but for the future of AI in defence and the Ukrainian innovation ecosystem.
